At M.S Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
